In this article we highlight the key amendments following the review of Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings (EPDB) and Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency and the impact on TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections
The Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) framework of the UK Gov kicks off from April 2019. SECR replaces the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme from the end of the 2018/19 compliance year and increased Climate Change Levy charges will recoup lost CRC revenue.
We have received several requests for additional information following our recent post on whether a UK organisation which did not qualify as a large undertaking for ESOS Phase 1 but will satisfy the financial qualification thresholds for ESOS Phase 2 on the qualification date of 31 Dec 2018, qualifies for ESOS Phase 2.
